HOW LONG TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Digital designs are delivered electronically immediately once your payment is received.  You will also receive an email with a link to download your designs.  If you do not receive the download email, please check your spam folder.  If you still can't find the download link, please send me an email with your order number, and I'll make sure your file is sent to you:  elefanttailz@gmail.com

Sublimation transfers or laser transfers typically ship the next business day.  Orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday morning. 

All custom shirts have a 7-10 business days turn around time to be ready for shipment (not delivery to you).  If I have the shirt in stock, it will typically ship within 2-3 business days of placing the order.  If you are needing your shirt by a specific date, please contact me prior to placing your order so that I can ensure your shirt will make it to you on time:  elefanttailz@gmail.com

SHIPPING INFORMATION?

All shipments originate from Alabama, and their delivery time to you will depend on your destination.

USPS First-Class Mail: typically arrives in 2-4 business days and insurance is available for an additional fee upon request.

USPS Priority Mail: typically arrives in 1-3 business days and insurance is included for up to $50

All orders will receive a USPS tracking number once your order ships.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?

Digital orders are delivered immediately, so please double check your order before finalizing it.  No changes are allowed.

Transfers are typically printed within a few hours of placing your order.  If you need to make a change, please email me and I will accommodate as long as your order hasn't already been printed.

If you need to make a change in a shirt order, please contact me ASAP.  As long as your shirt hasn't been made, I will do my best to accommodate sizing changes, etc. 

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR ELEFANT TAILZ SHIRTS?

To maintain the high quality of your Elefant Tailz tee, wash with like colors and hang or lay flat to dry.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

There are no refunds on digital designs, digital alpha packs, or items delivered electronically.  If you have issues with your digital file, please contact me by email, and I will work with you to get it corrected.

If I make an error on your transfer order, please send me an email, and I'll work with you to get it corrected or issue a refund.  No refunds will be given for transfers that are applied incorrectly.  A heat press is needed for all our transfers (a regular household iron will not work).  If you need instructions for applying transfers, let me know and I'll be happy to help.

Due to the personalized and custom made nature of our shirts and other made-to-order items, there are no refunds. The only exceptions to this policy are if there is an error on our part.  If I make an error on your order, please send me an email, and I'll work with you to get it corrected or issue a refund.
